Hunger Knows No Season: Host a Food Drive Anytime
Food donations are needed any time of the year for low-income families, senior citizens, unemployed workers, individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities that prevent them from working, homeless families, children in after-school programs in low-income neighborhoods, victims of family violence and others in need.
Adults and kids can bring nonperishable food to Tarrant Area Food Bank, or better yet, organize a food drive in the workplace, neighborhood, scout troop, social hobby or youth club, professional association or place of worship.
To register your food drive and obtain publicity materials, fill out the Food & Fund Drive Action Form. If you have questions, please contact Susan Frye, Community Events Director,

Perpetual Pet Food Drive
Keeping every member of the family fed
Families and senior citizens struggling with hunger sometimes choose to give their own food to their pets. This can compromise pet owners' health. Sometimes, pet owners decide they can't afford to feed their pets and must give them away.
Donations of pet food—dry or canned, seeds or pellets—will help households keep their pets and their health. Donation sites are listed at www.dontforgettofeedme.org.
Cash donations to the Perpetual Pet Food Drive may be made online, by phone at 817-332-9177, or by sending a check made out to Tarrant Area Food Bank Pet Food Drive and mailing it to Tarrant Area Food Bank, 2600 Cullen Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
